Episode 265 starts off with a typical SND rabbit hole of Matt Harvey things and Jerry Belvins starting games and some Twitter topics. The topics the passing of Eddie Van Halen, Game shows and the NBA finals, and how the Knicks and Nets haven’t been good at the same time in a while.
With the MLB playoffs in full swing we breakdown everything going on after the work card round. The Yankees got a good start out of Gerrit Cole and now have to piece their way through the rest of the series. The Astros are up 2-0 in their battle to prove the rest of the league wrong as well as discussing the Mets possibly trading for Lindor or signing Springer. The Dodgers and the Padres are the final series of the and probably the best series. The best team in the NL against the young upstart should be a lot of fun.
We finish off with a recap of football. The Packers are 4-0 and one of the best teams in the NFC despite their injures and struggles on the defensive side. Rodgers looks like 2016 and is buying into the offense in year 2. And now the giants, they kept it close but the boys discuss how they looked beyond the scoreboard.
