In this Mother’s Day segment, Angel and her mom cook up quite a brunch that is as delicious as it is easy to make! The ladies demonstrate how to make foolproof quiche, Billionaire’s bacon and three-step Strawberry Jam! This wonderful combination is perfect for Mother’s Day or any other brunch event.
The recipe for the Billionaire’s bacon calls for light brown sugar and bacon. The strawberry jam requires a pint and a half of strawberries, sugar and lemon. For the quiche, we added 6 eggs, milk, cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes, bacon (or a bacon substitute), ground pepper, and your choice of three additional cheeses. This quiche can be made with premade crust, homemade crust, or crustless. Angel will explain how to make the quiche with a premade crust or crustless option.
