Cooking with Angel episode 3: Cinco De Mayo!

Welcome to episode three of Cooking with Angel on the SND Podcast channel.  The show is designed to help new cooks feel comfortable in the kitchen and also to provide experienced chefs with quick and creative ideas they can use on various classic recipes.

In this special Cinco de Mayo segment, Angel’s friend Stephanie will share her family recipe for guacamole that is sure to delight! Angel will go on to show you how to season any meat or meat substitute to make a delicious taco salad that you can incorporate into any Taco Tuesday meal. This show is filled with tips on quick and easy ways to make favorite dishes that are sure to please!
The recipe for the guacamole calls for lime juice, avocados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, sea salt, and garlic. For the meat, Angel will use adobo, cilantro, cumin, onions, and garlic. Chili flakes are optional for both dishes. You can then make a bed of salad on which the meat/ meat substitute may rest. You can add some chips for an unforgettable ultimate nacho dish!
