Welcome to episode two of Cooking with Angel on the SND Podcast channel. The show is designed to help new cooks feel comfortable in the kitchen and also to provide experienced chefs with quick and creative ideas on how to cook various classics.
In this segment, Angel will describe simple and delicious recipes for Oven Baked Salmon, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Garlic Lemon Zoodles, and Guava Pastelillos. This show is filled with tips on quick and easy ways to make favorite dishes that are sure to please!
The recipe for the Salmon calls for: olive oil, nutmeg, ground paper, and garlic powder. For the Chicken, you will need mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoned bread crumbs. We will use two medium-size zucchini’s, olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon juice, chili flakes (optional), and a peeler or spiralizer for the Zoodles. The Guava Pastelillos are made with guava paste, pastelillo discos, and confectioners sugar.
